good phone, but lacks modern necessary and useful features.
I like the simplicity of the phone, but was unaware that we could not put backed up information from our previous phone one it, since it does not have internet access at all. The phone is fine, the inability to put the contacts from my other phone on them is very inconvenient.

Great deal for a great, easy to use phone.
My son and wife both prefer the Samsung SCH U340 over other cell phones for it's ease of use. larger buttons make for easier use.
