  Seller was good. USPS reports that it was delivered at 7:48 pm to my P O Box. They don’t deliver at 7:45 pm. And I don’t have and have never had a P O Box. A USPS supervisor admitted that the stated time and place of delivery is basically code for “they lost the package and, at the moment, have no idea where it is.” I guess, at the moment, I’m SOL.
