Very in-depth research and real-life accounts of this event in history from the Midwest.

Some chapters are very detailed and scientific when it comes to explaining the weather or the bodily functions as a person succumbs to the cold. I've been reading some of the accounts to my sixth-grade class. I do edit it down, but I want them to know what life was like and how horrible this tragedy was.
