  Wyze cameras as described. Well packed. Promptly delivered but Fedex delivered to wrong address and I was able to recognize delivery picture and retrieve package within a half hour of delivery. Of course, this is no reflection on seller but Fedex makes mistakes. Would gladly repeat business. A+++ eBayer.

  I contacted the seller prior to leaving this feedback. My issues are with their item description and customer service. They claimed it was "certified refurbished," "cleaned by expert refurbishers," and had an 80 minute battery life. The item arrived with torn internal packaging, crumbs and pet hair on product stickers and the item, and a battery life around 30-35 minutes. Their proposed resolution ($5 refund - 7.5% of purchase price) is woeful compared to most reputable sellers. Buyer beware.

  Seller sent the wrong item (older generation tumbler with less features) in the correct box. The item itself does not even hold a charge. I reached out to the seller in request of shipment for the actual item I ordered, and they mentioned they would do so immediately. Then, I was informed they actually do not posses the correct item and they simply refunded the entire order, essentially wasting a week of my time. I am still looking for the correct item - very scammy seller. Would not recommend.

  Package was exactly as described. Was very skeptical but took a chance, seller was very responsive and answered my questions. I'm sure it was a returned item as some point but arrived without any signs of damage or wear. Looked good as new to me. I was able to download the hatch app and it connected instantly. I am so happy I was able to get this during the black Friday sale. I cannot wrap my head around how much they charge for a brand new one. Very happy with my purchase.
