Seller then asked for my address to “look into it” - I sent it and then never heard from them again. After twice asking for a refund (and receiving more silence back) I opened a case with eBay who eventually refunded me. In my experience this seller is unreliable, unapologetic, non-communicative and totally unhelpful. I would AVOID BUYING FROM THEM if you don’t want stress and hassle.

Arrives two weeks late. Package has note to say it’s a counterfeit stamp. Please read all other reviews about this also. Seller not responding. Requested money back with eBay and I await the date. Long story product £4.99 fee £5.00 and product is garbage too. I will be reporting to action fraud!

I visited the post office to have a look and refused to pay the £5 as the item was only worth £3.59 and I have just looked at some of the other reviews for this shop and notice the same problem I have had, not enough postage and will not reply to my messages. Should have looked at reviews before buying.

No response from the seller when messaged to advise. eBay will only refund me for the item. Item not even worth this much. So I'm now out of pocket and had all the inconvenience of sorting it out. Disgusting service.

INFORMED SELLER, AND GOT A LONG STORY HOW IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT 😡. TOLD THEM I WANTED A REFUND, WHICH THEY SAID I WOULD GET ... I DID NOT! GOT IN TOUCH WITH EBAY AND GOT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY
