Was led to believe that I was buying a television and was sold an extended warranty for it. Turns out it was a projector screen which also meant the extended warranty was unnecessary and useless. Requested to return item and was sent a USPS shipping label and was told I would be charged $64 for return shipping. Dragged the package out to my car, drove to USPS, dragged the package inside and handed over the shipping label. Then was told package was too big to ship by USPS. No response to emails.
