  The Aston Martin has major drivability issues, and the seller did not disclose the issues in the auction. Car does not shift properly and throws many errors on the dash. Disclosure of issue would have led to lower sale price.

  The vehicle had no drivability issues. It had NO errors indicated. The AM drives differently with the Sport shift.
