  My shoes are damaged and I filled out the appropriate information on eBay asking to get another pair, and they have not responded. I found the store in Texas and called, and they hung up immediately when I asked to speak to someone regarding eBay orders. So far, I’m out $40.00 and have a broken pair of shoes

  This is really not cool, We refunded you the full price and asked you to keep or discard the shoes and then again you placed another order with us and opened a returned for the shoes being small even though you already had the chance to try the size on previous order but we still refunded you and in return we still get a Negative feedback. Please be honest in your feedback as it hurts the sellers!!!
