Extremely versatile Ax!
Sold an LP to get a PRS. The LP didn't stay in tune very well, so I was going back to a PRS, which stayed in tune Far better than any LP or Strat I've ever owned, and I've had more that a few of both. Came across the SG by accident at a very good price, and not having had one since about '75, I thought I'd take a chance (considering the headstock angle, nut and tuner setup is same as an LP), that it would stay in tune well. And it does! Very enjoyable! The upper fret access is second to none, and I still have the fabulous Gibson humbucker tone. Nice and lightweight too. Love it, and don't miss the LP at all!

Give the duct tape away.
I'm the Guitar player in our band, and use it to tape down cables on stage. If you're using regular duct tape for a similar task, STOP! This is unbelievably better!! Sure it's more expensive, but zero adhesive residue to remove, ever! But still strong and plenty sticky. The time and aggravation I save not having to get that sticky crap off my cables makes it easily worth the extra cost. Oh, and did I mention it's also easier to tear?
