Good book for me, may not be for everyone, cost could be lower for all.
It's a good recipe book. Could be a little less expensive, for those who may need but can't afford to to pay that much. It is a good eating regime for me, however, everybody's responses to food are different so "compelling" is a difficult word broad brush. Thank you for asking.
