Two appplications for Nova 2
1 of 1 found this helpful I replaced the ignition points that were no longer available on my 1960's Sears chainsaw with one of the modules. The saw now fires right up as id did many years ago.
I also replaced both sets of point in a 1952 Mercury outboard motor with Nova 2 modules. The starting takes more of a pull to get a good spark than with the points system, but it does run well after the start. I think it just needs a faster cranking speed than what I was originally used to,for the modules to fire. I'll see how the outboard runs on a boat when the weather gets warmer next spring.

Good pump for various 2 cycle applications.
I bought this for an old Johnson outboard conversion, I haven't tried it yet, but don't expect any problems.
