Wasted money

Purchased same exact model as the one I have. Ours used to work, but no power at all when tested with meter. We know our trains are ok. This just doesn’t work. Not worth us trying to find someone to test it and how much it would cost. Thought it would be easy fix to buy one that worked, but it didn’t. My loss. Don’t think I’ll be buying from eBay again. Got burned many years ago on a purchase.
