Battery doesn’t hold a charge and no resistance in making it impossible to pedal along when the assist mode is activated
The battery would indicate it was fully charged and a mile or two into riding the bike would completely and suddenly shut off.
We tried several times with the same result each time.
The second issue we had was there isn’t enough resistance in the chain to allow you to pedal along with the assist. You are either fully pedaling or totally using the assist. I rode a Jupiter assist foldable bike and prefer that one to the swag cycle. The resistance is set so you can pedal and the assist kicks in when you are on an incline or prefer not to pedal at all. I also never had an issue with the battery power suddenly shutting off.
