Dyson replacement battery/purchased new with expectations it would work. .

This battery is dead. Will not charge. The cells are dead. Checked and rechecked. Charging light comntinually red so it should be blue. Made sure it was installed properly. Electrical control board is faulty. Returning ASAP.
