Item failed within a few weeks of purchase despite having a 5 year warranty. Contacted seller and sent video evidence. Over a month later and they still refuse to replace or refund. Obviously a faulty item but seller continues to offer “sorry” messages but will not replace or refund. Extremely annoyed
