Kenwood Protalk TK-3100 UHF Two Way Radio UHF FM Receiver *No Battery*

Small and with great audio output and clarity

A very good radio. These are way better than your typical bubble pack FRS radios you can get from the retail stores. You will have to program them for your frequencies though. 2 watts of output power and really good audio output. These go down to 450mhz no problem. AA battery cases are available so you will not need to worry about the proprietary batteries being hard to get after a while. I programmed these for FRSGMRS which they are legal for being Part 95A certified just not on the 467mhz frequencies. Small, rugged, 2 watts output and replaceable antenna with available AA battery case makes this a great radio for camping which I have used a few times with no problems and really good range. Good range around the city as well.

Great Update From Athlon II X2 270

Using the updated computer with this CPU in it to write this review. It has sped up my computer tremendously. I get about 30 degrees C on Idle and about 55 degrees C under heavy load. Paired with an SSD and your computer will fly. I use my computer not for gaming but for multimedia and it works great. Good investment to make on an old computer that is 8 years old. Cheap and powerful.

Very silent and does a great job cooling a 95 watt CPU

Works well and silent. I am using it on an old FX-6300 which is a 95 watt TDP chip and even when setting the fan RPM to MAX in the BIOS, still very silent. My idle temps are about 25~30 and under max load it'll reach 50~55. Thermal paste was still nice and wet so I didn't have to wipe it off and apply new paste. Really quiet and does a great job cooling the CPU.
