Not as pictured!!!
2 of 2 found this helpful This is NOT a picture of the Whipper....This is the Dipper. The one pictured is the one I wanted because it is not battery operated. I'm new to this feeder and had been considering the Whipper, the Dipper and the Tipper so when it arrived I just put it up. The battery on the Whipper runs out of power quickly and the feeder needs to be unassembled to recharge it.
