Good pamphlet with lots of information

Lots of good information in this, but this is not the entire book. If you are like me and equally, if not more, interested in theory then go straight to the larger book. If you want to get a good idea of how to cut wheels and be able to hit the ground running OR have a quick reference to keep in the workspace then this is a great choice.
