Best investment ever
I have an old fashion dehydrator purchased 25 years ago, I just want a better one. After researching, and realized this is one of the best home dehydrator. It does have temperature control and a fan. Although it does not have a timer, it can be easily add on. I got a super deal and it had been working great for my summer vegetables dehydration. Will try jerky during the winter. Love it

Great travel book
