Not able to cut bands
I was unable to use the tool on the locking type bands that came with the boot, so I bought a set of the crimp style bands.
The tool is useful for tightening the bands, but the cut off function is useless because there is too much clearance. just discard the cut off handle and use metal snips to cut the band,

cheap junk
1 of 6 found this helpful While loading bbs for the first time one somehow got into the safety and it will not function. Also, the loading door does not stay closed. This is a cheap piece of junk.

A good value but needs finish work
The impeller is a very rough sand casting that I was concerned might cause cavitation. A few minutes with a motor tool and small stone made a great improvement.
