  Not truthful about the condition even after asking pointed questions. Then was upset when I contacted the seller about the very issue. Tried to work it out several ways. However just got “send it back” but make sure it is the exact bag. Well then I loose shipping both ways. Was less expensive to have it fixed. Not someone I would recommend dealing with.

  The buyer wanted a new bag, when it is clearly listed as good. The bag is actually excellent. She got a GREAT deal on a next to new bag. Of course I would want the exact bag returned, because it was undamaged so it was odd she would say there were scratches. As they say, " No good deed goes unpunished." I literally dropped the price to accommodate her budget. Yes, I did offer her a return. She did not know how to start a return on her end. Instead of contacting eBay to help, she blames me.
