Pretty cool tool!
0 of 2 found this helpful This station is so handy! It heats to working temperature scary fast, and will maintain that temperature while you work. You have full control on the temp, up to about 650°! It comes with several different soldering tips to match what you need. The hot air wand is amazing for loosening things like chips, that have multiple solder points, and again, it has several different tips for that, too. You're gong to be using this tool a lot!!

Not Genuine Cartridges
It took awhile before I needed the color cartridge. It was made to look authentic, but the printer immediately rejected it as a wrong product. Most Lexmarks will not accept refilled cartridges. I would buy real ones. These are money wasters!

Pendulum trigger movement
This type of movement is hard to find. This particular one is priced over higher than a typical trigger movement, but locating one is difficult. Some of the older models had both trigger and power wires for running the movement from batteries installed far from the movement itself. This one has only the trigger wires, but with some minor modifications can be powered from remote locations in the same way. What I did was this: I made a piece of wooden dowel a bit shorter than a AA battery. Then I made two small brass "ends" that would fill the extra space on the terminal ends of the movement's battery compartment. I soldered wires to each end, and ran those wires up to the remote battery, using the existing wires to attach them. Be sure you have plus to plus. It works fine and I would buy another one when the need arises.
