  Lovely item & seller was brilliant with communication. Sadly the delivery was delayed by many days.. very disappointed with this & Yodel's lack of communication accessibility. I believe Yodel should refund the postage costs. It's inconvenient & ridiculous that the eBay system has changed so now the seller can't see, access or address the postage delay issues for their customers. Causing, stress confusion and delays. I have no way of requesting a refund of postage now my item has arrived
