  I should have taken it as a red flag when the seller accepted less than 50% of the listed price. Once received the left headphone was not functional. After calling bowers & Wilkins they told me they cannot warranty/repair/replace them without the original receipt. You also cannot purchase a separate headphone since they are paired to the case.

  I received my purchase, which was broken in the box. Upon contacting the seller, I received an immediate refund and a kind response indicating these things happen (especially with fragile items) and not to worry.
