Good value drill for everyday work around the house

This is a good value drill. This can be an everyday work drill and the built quality seems good too. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the mechanism that holds the bit and the chuck itself is hard plastic. Also the motors is bit light but hopefully will last long.
