  In the product description, it was not mentioned that the device was non-functional. It was stuck in a bootloop, which was likely due to a failed firmware upgrade. I had to fix the issue myself because the seller did not respond to my inquiries.

  This item was bad from the start I could never get it hooked up it had problems with previous owner not disconnecting from service, then for some other reason it would not hook up with comcast. So it went in the garbage and I ended up eating the loss because shipping was more than the cost of the item. Think twice on electronics purchase before you buy.
