Not for people who just had a sew in or braids
2 of 2 found this helpful I used the product and my hair did not turn out straight at all. I was told because I had a sew in and my hair is not like a mixed person hair that it would not turn out like the tutorials. So basically my hair is not for this type of product. But I do like the butter shine and the shampoo and conditioner alot. But if you had braids or something in for a long time I do recommend you use another brand of shampoo first before doing the caramel treatment.
