It's easy to lose weight with this program!
2 of 2 found this helpful If you follow the plan - the weight loss is amazing! My husband, sister and I all did this together with the same results. In about 2 months we are all down 20lbs. We all feel like this eating plan is a life long change, not just a fad diet. My sister suggested it and I thought I would try it and end up going back to Weight Watchers. Well that's not the case. I've had better luck in retraining myself to eat with this book than any of the other weight loss programs. One thing you need to know - follow what Dr. Phil says and you will be amazed at the progress!
