  item had marks and stains all over it, it was dirty and sticky. the seller didn’t make this known in the description or the photos. i contacted them asking the condition of the dolls and they responded saying they were in “good condition”. I have contacted them with this issue and they claimed the item is good condition even with the state they came to me in. They weren’t helpful at all and had an overall negative attitude towards our conversationi am very dissatisfied and upset with my order.
