Got burned

Phone has something wrong with it, it wouldn't hold a charge, we bought a new battery for it, it runs down in about 2 hrs. with use and about 7/8 hrs. without use. This is ridiculous. It works better with the new battery than with the one that came with it. BEWARE of you buy from these people
