This if the story of Anqelique's growing up and how she met Barnabas. I am still reading the book.
I loved the TV show in the 70's and I would race home from school to watch the show. Barnabas was my favo rite TV vampire.

Great title, makes you wonder how she was a Collin's Family descendant.
Lara Parker is a great actress and also a very gifted story teller Her 4 books *I wish she written more books) keep the reader interested in what will happen next. Her books explain some of the vague scenes in the TV show. I just had to read all 4 of her books, one right after the other. Her books are like a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie, you can't stop at one bite.

Wolf Moon Rising talks about Quentin"s Werewolf curse and his fight with a vampire, Barnabas.
Lara Parker who played Angelique in the 70's tv series is the author of this book series. I read the first one and I got hooked again on what a great show Dark Shadows was. Some of the questions about the series were answered in her books. I wish she had written more than 4 books.
