  Although the seller advertised delivery (Royal Mail 1st class) ,the window for delivery was up to 18 days after purchase! Confusingly, he also texted me the day after I ordered the item saying it should arrive in 4-5 days. In the event it never arrived. After 2 attempts to contact him, he eventually replied asking me to wait another few days. I asked again for a refund and said I would refer it to eBay if it was not forthcoming. Today, 21 days after paying, I did finally get a refund
