Best I've had so far.
1 of 1 found this helpful After wasting my time dealing with Gotham Steel, them sending me the wrong item 2 times. (shipping takes 12 days each time) and them making me pay return shipping the second time. I'm done with them. Bought this one on ebay and got it in 3 days. What a nice unit. Cleans up nicely in the dishwasher. Adjustable temp control is a nice feature. Only problem is it's so slick you have to be carefull the food doesn't slide out onto the floor when you open the lid. But I will overcome that with a little practice. Very, very nice. Should have bought this the first time around.
Just found out Gotham sent me a third one without my permission. Will have to refuse it and call my credit card company for the fraud from them.
Really people, BUY THIS UNIT!
