Whirlpool new part was defective
The first one sent was a Whirlpool make blade and it was defective. I called the company I ordered it from and he sent one made by another company, no Whirlpool, and it fit perfectly

Would be much better if it had a small rocking motor to keep it moving.
The legs are a little wobbly and it doesn't rock as easily or as long as I had expected. Be prepared to stand and push the swing every 20 seconds and be careful as to how high you swing it. I have to hold the top of the swing because it wants to move across the floor, which is porcelain tile.
I wish this had a small motor that would help keep the swing moving for a few minutes. If it did, that would be more entertaining to a toddler. My grandson was so excited the first time I put him in the swing but lost interest quickly, even with me pushing him. If I stand behind him and rock the swing from the top swivel rocker (which is only plastic), he will stay in it and be content.
