Does not include seals
This is a high quality original replacement part, but does not include the two required o-ring gaskets. Carefully remove the old o-rings (center from top, outer from base) from the old dome, or purchase them new separately. Be careful not to stretch the large outer o-ring, or you will need to wait several hours for it to return to size, and will still need to carefully work it into the groove, as any slack will pinch out between cover and base while you are reassembling it. With patience it will go together properly.

Better than expected
1 of 1 found this helpful This tool wrap has already paid for itself in time saved over the past 2 weeks searching my tool box for wrenches and loose sockets that would not stay on the holder. The socket set I am using the wrap for ar 3/8" deep metric, that are just a bit too long to easily velcro the inner flap closed, but since they stay in place quite well, i don't bother fastening the inner flap, and just let it cover without fastening the velcro.
I have admittedly over filled it, yet the wrap works perfectly, and is easy to carry by the handle; Something that was never a part of the tool wraps I have used in the past 40 years.
I did reverse the latches on the tie straps, as they appear to have been assembled in reverse, allowing the wrap to slip open when carrying by the handle, but once reversed, the pouch has been secure while carrying by handle. Just a note of warning: IF the straps were to slip entirely, one could find their tools strewn below on the ground, so I an always sensitive of any slipping after feeling it start to let loose the first time. I may know the end of the strap to remove that worry entirely, so that it can't slip out of the nylon buckle.

The spring is the achilles heel of an otherwise flawless design.
These are replacements for an identical pair purchased from a kitchen specialty store a year or two ago. The spring will rust and break long before any other wear and tear is visible. Love them for getting olives out of a jar, so will forgive the short life span, and keep a backup and on hand rather than settle for fishing around with a pickle fork.
