Not bad.
Works well but one part still broke. So I have had to order a second set as individual parts are not available. Not bad but be careful of stripped screws that are also well stuck!

Failed!
Fell apart after half an hour. Not what I expect from Oak Grigsby but this one was a failure. Replaced it with a CRL switch which seems to be built much better.
