5 stars, works great. I would recommend.
I wasn't sure about the "inkless" part. How would the fingerprints show up? It does use an ink, just not one that will stick to your hands permanently. It washes off your fingers with soap and water very easy. (A dry paper towel will not do it.) The prints show up very well. The only bad thing I could say is it is small. (half the size of a stamp pad.) If you are doing the "4 finger" prints you have to ink 2 fingers at a time.

Great quality.
Great quality, nice finish, very strong. I was hesitant to buy the more expensive one. Buy once cry once.

Very good quality.
Easy to use. Much better than the small tin cutters. Heavy duty cutter. I would recommend using rubber feet with it. Also if you want to use it for sweet potatoes, it takes a Lot of muscle. I use the medium cutter and it was very tough and I am a strong guy. Next time I will try the larger square cutter and see if it is a little easier. The small cutter is tiny for shoe string style fries.
