Beware of the dead battery.
3 of 4 found this helpful Just a heads up, I`ve received my unit new and in unopened box as described in the auction but the battery on the watch do not take charge. Like at all.
I own several Pebbles so definitely not my first rodeo but I decided to check the OG model and not in boring Black. So I bought two: white used and red NIB. Unfortunately both of them showed the same symptoms; when connecting charger cable there were Pebble letters on black background and the back-light stated to flash. So basically not enough power to even start the boot sequence.
Opened white one and low and behold the battery was swollen.
Moral here, yes the NIB should in theory save you form screen tearing but the battery could be dead to a point of buying a new compatible one and solder it in place.
