  I purchased three phase eight dresses at £187 of my hard earned money on 9/06/2024. Nothing has been received. I have contacted seller on 2 occasions and no response. No proof of postage provided. Definitely a scam artist. I have reported to eBay but I can't take any further until 25/06/2024. Meanwhile I'm kept in limbo and this seller is scamming a number of buyers. eBay needs to take swifter action. As far as I am aware they have contacted the seller to respond but clearly she hasn't.

  Spent £92.50 on a pair of boots, seller marked as dispatched, no tracking. Item never arrived. Seller ignored all messages. Ebay stepped in , thank you 🙏🏻. Avoid seller as will take your money and ignore you !!!

  In common with many many others, I paid for this including for shipping and customs duties, but it never arrived. Nor was the 'tracking' number given workable and, further, the seller would not communicate with me when I asked them to investigate the issue with the supposed shipping company. Thank you to eBay for giving me a full refund. Beware of this seller.

  I purchased three dresses from this seller on 10th June, nothing received and no response to messages. Unfortunately this appears to have happened to a number of buyers recently as negative feedback and none deliveries are now appearing. Totally gutted as two of the dresses were for my wedding. Long delay before eBay will become involved however it is clear this seller is scamming lots of people. SELLER SHOULD BE BANNED!

  BEWARE and AVOID!! Like several others I have been scammed by this seller. Paid for the Phase Eight dress, received an email 'confirming' dispatch by 48hr Royal Mail. But no tracking number, no response to emails and, obviously, no dress. Have raised with eBay and now waiting the requisite number of days before a final claim can be made.
