The jury is still out!
4 of 4 found this helpful I just started using the product once a day before my workouts for about a week. I do like that it doesn't make me jittery and I do feel focused and have the energy to complete running for an hour or more. However, I haven't lost any weight yet (about 10-12 lbs). The jury is still out. I'll try to let you know in about a month or so.

Wonderful book for sleep structure for a new baby!
This is a great book with wonderful information for nursing mom's as well as bottle feeding mom's to help your baby sleep overnight within a short period of time. I am a mom of 4 and now my children are having children, and so I purchased 2 for the arrival of 2 new babies in our family. I used this book and it was a great resource.

This company has some great deals on a lot of sneakers I love!
