Benjamin Orr's solo Drive
1 of 1 found this helpful The late Benjamin Orr's only solo CD displays why he is truly "the best" vocalist of The Cars. Straight Pop, upbeat and a little heavy on the synth-rhythmn's, but solid effort.
Fellow Cars member,Lead guitarist Elliot Easton plays wonderfully on this CD, but one can hear that Cars leader, Ric Ocasek's songwriting was key to the Car's and missed here. Benjamin Orr had a MTV video hit with STAY THE NIGHT, great song and very catchy, that along with TOO HOT TO STOP and a few others make this a CD worth seeking out.

CCR at Woodstock one of the greatest Live albums ever !
1 of 1 found this helpful Creedence Clearwater Revival is an American classic rock band whose music lifted a generation and is still popular today. This is the best "Live" CD available and being from the legendary Woodstock concert makes it all the more magical.
The sound quality is astonishing and the band is at the peak of their musicianship. Each track is as powerful as the original studio version or actually better. What really stands out is the extended jams showing just how talented each member was, but the true honors go to John Fogerty with his amazing vocals, solid lead guitar and harmonica playing. Even if you have all the other CCR albums, it's not complete without the 11 songs played at Woodstock.
