Randomly reboots throughout the day

This watch looks and feels quality and is great when it works but the problem is that it doesn't work very often. It randomly reboots so much during the day that it is unusable. Even when it does work your battery is drained so much from the rebooting that it only last a few hours at most. Searched all over the internet and found that it's an extremely common issue with no real fix. I tried all of the suggested troubleshooting I could find but nothing works. After 2 weeks I returned it because it was so frustrating.
