I had to call eBay customer service twice to verify that everything was fine with my payment, that eBay received it, and how to convince seller to ship. Seller was adamant not to ship before receiving payment from eBay. In the end, seller finally shipped, and everything was fine from there on. Item definitely was not new, but in working condition.

dont work right

It can turn itself on and get stuck and we cant turn it off.
Im going to pack this junk up and send it right back.

my thoughts on this product
Burns well, last a good while but leaves a gooey sticky residue that hardens up and sticks the fuel tray in the slide. You must remove it while its still hot or it will be stuck the next time you use it.
