Its worth a try
This is a small wedge pillow, if it had been longer think that would be more comfortable, it is the recommended height for Acid Reflux, it seems to have helped . You do keep sliding down on it and I use with a pillow on top so that maybe why. I dont like the material of the cover it really needs to be a cotton fabric I think. Overall it is a big wedge of foam but it is softish to lie on. Bit overpriced for what it is but it seems to have helped me, thats the important bit.
