A Timely Bargain
Perfect with minor reservations. I didn't notice in the ad that it had no second hand, which I'd have preferred. I'd have also preferred it to come in real wood, not plastic, although they did do a very realistic looking job of it. Here the ad really should have been more explicit as it lead me to expect actual wood.

1 bad outta 3
I used a pair of these in my business for 18 years before the first one wore out, so on one level they are really, really good.
On the other hand, I just bought 3 new ones (new and in the box), and the first one I opened failed in under 5 minutes. The second one has worked fine so far, and the 3rd one I'm leaving unopened for now.
I'd never been inside one before, but I took apart the two non-working ones (and briefly put together a nearly-working hybrid). And having been inside, these are so cheaply made it may be a miracle my first pair lasted so long. But they are also a very smart, simple design, so if one is working from the start, not much can go wrong.

Wordperfect is the best
WordPerfect continues to be the best word processor you could use. Version X7 is rock-solid and stable release.
