Not new. Don’t buy!

The cartridge I received was not new. It may have been genuine but it was open, used and refilled with generic toner. The toner powder was all over the cartridge. Inside the box, the cartridge was placed in an unsealed black plastic bag made to look like it was new. Buyer completely misrepresented.
