The PC arrived well packaged, was surprised to see the case was different to that advertised, a quick check with the seller revealed that case was no longer available, but a better case had been substituted, Great result. This item was received on time as stated, although when the bundle was put together a fault appeared. I contacted the seller on the telephone for advice. The seller said he would send a replacement order a.s.a.p The replacement order arrived as agreed and the motherboard and drive were duly fitted. All working as it should. The service from this supplier was excellent and I will have no hesitation in recommending or using in the future

Items didn't turn up. I had to go to Royal Mail office over a week after the date that I was told for arrival and pay £3.50 to collect items. Items were withheld because postage paid was insufficient. I got home and opened package and everything was as described apart from the motherboard. I ordered an Asus and was sent a Gigabyte. Everything works as it's supposed to, I'm just not impressed with the over all experience.
