Okay performance
It being used for an 850 sq ft apartment that is half below grade level, so semi-basement. The unit is advertised for effectiveness up to 1500 sq ft. It is not as quiet as I expected, I have to turn it off at night to sleep. It removes moisture pretty well but the 7 pt tank needs to be emptied every day so when I leave town it will not run more than 1-2 days.
