It's a toilet seat - and does what it is supposed to do.

Not the 'old Yale'
Bought the Yale brand - expecting 'good' quality, and being better than other 'cheapo' brands which have disintegrated over time and needed replacing.
However the accuracy and assembly of the pressed metal casing, is just as wayward as the 'cheapo' brands.
It seems as if the Yale brand has succumbed to reducing price and therefore quality, so has lost its 'market leader' reputation for long lasting, good quality products. Shame.
The Yale ones have a plastic tongues / bolts, so will see how they last.
