2 of 2 found this helpful Compared to the other devices on the market, this comparatively, is hassle free. Easy to install, easy to clean and refill (water). The one, very minor drawback, is that the water drawer tends to slide out when used on larger, more powerful dryer models. I have mine sitting on the floor next to the dryer and put a small, heavy object in front of the water drawer. Problem solved. Maybe future models could have a easy to use hinge, to keep the water drawer from sliding open during use. Otherwise, a great, affordable, we'll made device.

Mini Cubes Major Pain
Although the trays are of good quality, they are a major pain to use. Once frozen, you practically need to melt them to get them out. I threw them in the trash after the first time and purchased some standard size "Kitch" brand trays which are wonderfully easy to use.
